All sales at Luciol Bouquets are final.
As we work with perishable products sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light, refunds are not available except for defective products. If you receive a defective arrangement, you must submit a claim within 12 hours of delivery. A photo of the bouquet must be sent to luciolbouquets@gmail.com for review.
Please note that proper care of flowers is essential for their longevity. We provide care instructions with every arrangement, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow them.
While we strive to use the exact flowers displayed on our website, substitutions may occur due to availability. In such cases, we guarantee that the design and value of the bouquet will be preserved.
Cancellation Policy

Same-day orders: These are processed immediately and cannot typically be changed or canceled.

Advance orders: Written requests for cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the delivery time.

Orders already prepared or sent out for delivery cannot be changed or canceled.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

We will attempt to contact you or the recipient to arrange for delivery.

If no one is home, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location, such as on a shaded porch or with a neighbor.
